Tailor is growing quickly and we are looking for a team member to join our Business and Operations team. In this role, you will work on our Shopping business, helping to shape and deliver a top-notch Shopping experience to our customers. We are a small team so we’re looking for someone who’s a quick learner and is ready to be given ownership quickly!
Fulfilling customer orders
Troubleshooting operational and fulfillment issues
Providing stellar customer service
Assisting in-app sales and special projects
Running Shopping operations during the weekend

You Should Have:
4-year College degree (equivalent work experience accepted)
Comfort with technology and experience with GSuite business tools (Sheets, Gmail, Docs, etc). You must be comfortable diving into spreadsheets!
Ability and commitment to work a weekend-inclusive schedule (Wednesday - Sunday or thereabouts) is required.
Adaptable, flexible nature and ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
Team player mentality, with strong written and verbal communication skills
Retail-focused data entry and/or customer service experience (strongly preferred)
Background in e-commerce or fashion operations (preferred)
Workin' For The Weekend
This role will be one of our Weekend Shopping Leads, covering core Shopping operations during Saturdays & Sundays (you'll have a two-day “weekend” during the week in exchange). After initial training, you'll have flexibility in the location of your Saturday/Sunday work days.

Get Life Things Done More Easily: Ever tried grocery shopping on a weekend? Nightmare. Going to the post office? Not on Sundays. Scheduling doctor’s appointments? Always a squeeze. Turns out doing pretty much everything is easier when you have some week days off.
Flexible Work Location: After training, this role will have flexibility in work location on the weekend. That means you can work from home (as long as you’re getting your work done!). Visiting family? Go a day early and work from your childhood bedroom. It’s a throwback, trust us.
Flexible Schedule: Need a little extra sleep? Want to start early so you can have the afternoon to yourself? We’re not hard and fast about the eight hours you’re online each weekend day. As long as you’ve shown strong management of you responsibilities and are spending your time working, we want to make sure you can get to those things you’re excited about!
This role is an hourly-paid, full-time position (40 hours/week) through our hiring partner, Adecco. You’ll be part of our Ann Arbor team, reporting to our HQ in San Francisco. If you're selected, contract terms, hours, and details will be discussed.
