Our goal is to make shopping online as easy as possible, from ordering items to reading our return policy! We know how confusing it can be to navigate other retailers’ policies, so we wrote this in plain English.

When you buy through Tailor, you get free standard shipping from the retailer of your choice.
Items you order through Tailor are shipped using the retailer’s standard shipping. This varies by retailer, but most orders arrive within 5-9 business days. Once you place your order, we’ll update you via email when your item ships and provide a tracking link when available. You can always track the status of your order in your app, too! Just navigate to your Profile page via the top left icon and tap on “View orders”.
Any item ordered through Tailor can be returned within 20 days of purchase. We cover return shipping.
If you are not in love with the item you purchased, you can return the item for free within 20 days of purchase for a full refund. This means that your item should be postmarked by the 20th day after your purchase. If you need a return label, please contact us beforehand so we can send one to you in time to make the return (see below on how to do that).
Items must be unworn and unwashed, with all original tags attached. If the item is worn, soiled, or damaged, we won’t be able to refund you :( Any cost incurred from arranging rush shipping will not be refunded.

How Long Will It Take To Get My Order?
The exact number of days depends on the retailer, but most orders arrive within 5-9 business days, and many arrive sooner than that! Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska may take longer. We’ll send you tracking information on each item in your order as soon as the ship.
Does Tailor Offer Rush Shipping?
If you are unsure if your order will arrive by when you need it, ask your Stylist! While Tailor does not currently offer an option for Rush Shipping in our checkout process, we may be able to provide an expedited shipping option after you make your purchase, on a case-by-case basis. Ask your Stylist or email firstname.lastname@example.org to see if this is available. The sooner you ask about rush shipping, the greater our chances of being able to provide this option. We know this isn’t ideal, and are working on a way to be able to guarantee rush shipping on items from the hundreds and hundreds of retailers we work with! We want you to get your items on time, when you need them.
Who Will Deliver My Order?
The shipping carrier used varies by order. Most shipping updates we provide will let you know who is delivering your order.
I Ordered Multiple Items. Will They Arrive Together?
Items ordered from different retailers will arrive in separate packages. Items ordered from the same retailer usually arrive together, but may be delivered separately. You’ll receive a shipping update for each item in your order, so you’ll know ahead of time if they have different estimated arrival dates.
Can I Ship Internationally?
Currently, Tailor only ships within the 50 U.S. States. Shipping to P.O. Boxes is only available on certain orders; your Stylist will message you or the Tailor Shopping Team will email you to ask for an alternative shipping address if needed.
I Made a Mistake! Can I Cancel My Order?
We get it - mistakes happen. Our team works on fulfilling your order pretty quickly, so we offer a one-hour change & cancellation window from the time of purchase. If you would like to make a change or cancel part/all of your order, please email us at email@example.com within an hour so our team can make everything right!
My Stylist Confirmed With Me That My Item Is Final Sale. Can I Return It?
If your Stylist asked you to confirm that you are O.K. with a final sale item in your order, that item is not eligible for return. We are unable to offer refunds for final sale items.
Can I Return My Order In-Store?
Not all items are eligible for in-store returns. Those that are may only be eligible for store credit. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to see if your item can be returned in store.
How Do I Get a Free Return Label?
You can request a return label in the app. Please make sure to request a label as soon as possible to make the 20 day return cutoff. It takes one to two days for us to create and send a label to you.
In the app, tap on the top left icon and then “View orders”
Select the order you’d like to return
Tap on “Return Item” (you’ll need to request a return label for each item you want to return)
Check your order packaging: Did it come with a return label?
Follow the prompts. If you need a return label, we’ll get one to you within 24 hours!
How Long Will It Take To Receive My Refund?
You will be refunded once we receive notice that your item has been received by the retailer. Please allow 3-4 weeks for returns to be processed. We’ll notify you via email when your return is received. Once refunded, it takes 3-10 days for the refund to appear on your original form of payment (the exact number of days depends on your bank).
I Used Tailor Credit On My Order. Will I Get That Back When I Make a Return?
Tailor Credit is one-time-use only and is not refundable on returns. If there was an error with the order, we may re-issue credit on a case-by-case basis.
